Position Summary
This position responsible for leading the warehouse team in all areas of warehouse function and ensuring accuracy and efficiency of all job functions.
Salary: DOE
Experience: 3 years of experience in a warehouse position required
1 year of experience as a warehouse manager preferred
1 year of experience with 5S

Role and Responsibilities:
- Supervise the functions and work of all warehouse workers
- Daily reporting on warehouse activity, to include efficiency rates, productivity levels, daily shipment volumes
- Oversee physical inventory of product. To include barcode scanning of all inventory movements, weekly cycle counts and semi-annual full physical counts
- Supervise proper shift allocations and ensuring efficiency of all warehouse staff
- Help organize and conduct the necessary training activities for the staff
- Ability to effectively manage time, resolve crises and make decisions
- Ensure the proper functioning and use of all warehouse tools and equipment
- Ensure warehouse and staff adhere to cGMP regulations around safety, quality, and sanitation

Role & Responsibilities
- Stay up-to-date of changes in the online marketing environment and adjusts plan accordingly to best serve the objectives of the organization
- Create, launch, track, analyze, monitoring and report various outbound marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention objectives
- Make decisions on campaign content, segmentation (personalization) and targeting to improve KPIs
